Went to the drive up this afternoon, get to the window to pay and get my rewards. When I get to the window the person working turned around when I asked to give my rewards. Someone else came to the window and I asked to give my rewards and was told it was too late. By this time someone who said he was a manager told me it was too late I let him know that was unacceptable as I tried to give my number but was ignored.
