Paid almost $4 for a large side of ranch and received the $0.72 container instead. What’s the point of having two sizes if you’re not going to give people what they order?
What a nasty nightmare. Argued for 4 minutes on the phone with a disrespectful manager that knew nothing about customer service all because I ordered a toasted sandwich unwrapped. I didn't want it toasted. The rudeness of what I found out later was the manager. I will never patronize at the store again! They just lost my business. I guess they're getting hard up for managers to hire someone with a nasty attitude such as this manager. He needs to be terminated!
