Show some decorum on the drive-thru. Edit from years into the Future. GF went to pick up some grub, caught the staff vaping in the kitchen. I expected nothing less than that from this location.
This is the second time I have ordered sandwiches to be delivered to a location that is approximately 1 miles away from Jimmy Johns location. I ordered at 10:25 a.m. Received notification at 10:31 a.m. that is out for delivery. It is now 11:20 a.m. and still not arrived. Now my lunch time is over. I prep ordered on their website. Choose a delivery time, all set and confirmed via email. The time came and went for delivery. I checked the tracking on the email. According to the tracking, it had been delivered. I checked all around, no delivery. I tried to call the store, no answer. Left a message on the voice mail, no reply. My God.... don't come here if you want someone to act like they want to be here! I just came to pick up my food, and this drive thru guy about lost his mind on me. Will never visit this location again. The doors aren't Even open. Like what the hell There's a guy Mad at the window cause he can't pick up his order either!!
