This is the second time I have ordered sandwiches to be delivered to a location that is approximately 1 miles away from Jimmy Johns location. I ordered at 10:25 a.m. Received notification at 10:31 a.m. that is out for delivery. It is now 11:20 a.m. and still not arrived. Now my lunch time is over. I prep ordered on their website. Choose a delivery time, all set and confirmed via email. The time came and went for delivery. I checked the tracking on the email. According to the tracking, it had been delivered. I checked all around, no delivery. I tried to call the store, no answer. Left a message on the voice mail, no reply.
