They gave my mobile order to the car ahead of me in the drive through line and when I saw it happen and questioned it, the young female employee admitted that it was, in fact, the same bag of food that was just previously in the hands of another customer. Instead of offering to remake the order, the girl’s response was to point out that the chips and sandwich were both closed. My delivery is always fast and my order is always correct. The delivery driver is professional and friendly.
They were out of sub buns! How? I had to settle for wheat bread that was ok, but not what we were hoping for.
New manager, cutting corners and don't care about customers, just the money and bonuses. Goes on gabber to bad mouth other Greenfield restaurants
