The standards here are quite poor: 1. Often employees will touch their POS and then go to make sandwiches with the same pair of gloves. 2. I'm not certain of the reading level of the staff, NO LETTUCE is often on my receipts, yet lettuce magically appears on my sandwich. 3. I prefer delivery from Jimmy John employees, but at times they will use third-party (e.g., Uber Eats.) which I never use because of how awful the experiences have been. The club Lulu is my son's favorite sandwich from Jimmy John's. He would eat it every day if he could. And this visit he loved it so much he actually and 2 sandwiches. The staff was wonderfully helpful.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered delivery and called driver because he was there almost 15 minutes and they keep Clearing drive thru out. Cars came after he was there 5 minutes and still got there order before me. I had to have order cancelled because my lunch break was over. Ordered it at 11:20 canceled it at 11:55.
