I want to say that I had recently tried Jimmy John’s for the first time a couple months ago. I have consistently ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar. But no horseradish sauce, lettuce, or tomato. Well apparently when I order again through the app it did not include my modifications. I could have picked off the tomatoes and been fine with the lettuce but I absolutely hate horseradish sauce which made it inedible to me. I called and they made me a new one. This is by far the best Jimmy John’s. The staff go above and beyond and are so friendly. Food is better made than the others i visit down in Greenwood.
this is a great jimmy john’s that has never done my family wrong, but you guys really need to start writing the names on the sandwhiches. It’s really annoying when you guys don’t
