I really don't like leaving negative reviews for small owned businesses (Jimmy johns is a franchise), especially if they are locally owned. Customer Service just wasn't there. The cashier (says Angela on my receipt) was nice no issues there. However the person who made my sandwich was more concerned with appearing cool and socializing with the other sandwich maker.
