Ordered ahead on the app. Food was ready when I got there and it was good.
Zero starts if possible. I ordered online and then sat in the drive through for 35 minutes. After all of that waiting, my sandwich was made wrong. I submitted a review on the website and corporate loaded a reward to my account that was removed before I could use it. I ordered again online today for my mom. They were extremely unresponsive and rude in the drive through, she ended up coming inside due to not getting any attention in the drive through. 90 degree drive thru and 20 minute wait... not freaky fast at all.
I placed a pick up order thur the app. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be on wheat bread and they made it on the white bread? So I told the kid the sandwich was wrong. They re-made the sandwiche and made me give them back the wrong one? Really? I thought you couldn't take food back? My guess is the pregnant lady was hungry? Went in to pick up an order. I was ignored for minutes! Then I watched as he crammed all the items into a small bag. Sloppy work area, sloppy attitudes from the employees and sloppy way of handling the food! I’m glad this food isn’t mine and it will NEVER be! I refuse to ever eat at this location. 06/23/25 1400 What is wrong with people these days… your a new location and I can see why your rating score is so low!
