Love Jimmy Johns, have tried this location for delivery multiple times since it is less than 1 mile from work. Never delivered in less than 1 hour 10 minutes, something missing or wrong each time. Today cookie smashed, chips nothing but crumbles, "toasted" sandwhich stone cold and soggy after 1 hour 15 minute wait. "Freaky Fast" certainly far from true.
Guys are nice and know my name. Wish there was more parking available but no one’s perfect
The food was superb and the staff was so kind! Beach Club is a family favorite.
Zero stars for customer service. I came here because we have a family member at Medical City and hospital food is not the best, they like Jimmy John’s and wanted to do something nice for them. Realized they are across from hospital. So it was perfect. First and last time we come to this location. Fred (name on receipt) was not welcoming at all. He seemed so annoyed that I was placing an order. He kept huffing and puffing, while making order. I think he needs a day off or some retraining in customer service.
