☆☆☆☆ — Would give zero stars if I could. About a month or two ago, I went to this Jimmy John’s location and had my first frustrating experience. I specifically asked for the extra big sandwich, and while I know the employee heard me, he clearly didn’t want to be bothered and gave me a regular size instead. Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for the bigger one — but my boyfriend was upset because he was expecting a big sandwich and didn’t get it. Went to get a sandwich at 9:10 and they had everything closed and wrapped up and didn’t want to make a sandwich. They close at 10pm, not 9. Staff isn’t professional, talked to me with his mouth full of food/sandwich he was eating.
No disrespect to the fellah all by himself but more aiming towards the leadership at this location, had him all by himself they close at 10:00pm and he was closing by himself at 9:10pm so when I went in to purchase a sandwich I was told he already put everything away the gentleman working tonight wouldn’t have to close early and disappoint customers if the leadership at this establishment worked harder there was a level of unprofessionalism from the employee but I blame his higher ups for it. Do better.
How about I just had the most disrespectful experience at this location!?. The rudeness from the guy at the register lead to the manager in the back!? There became to be an issue whenever I asked what were the new sandwiches advertised on the recent Jimmy John's commercial?!?. When the manager came out, he acted very rude and condescending about it!?. I said there's no way that I'm supposed to know more about what you guys offer if you work here!?. I’m in love with #6 Veggie. Location and parking is not as great but with patience you will get a spot. Service was great but there was only one person doing everything.
