I was in a rush and needed to grab a quick bite to eat. The kids were getting restless and I was on my last nerve. Well Ivan hooked it up. He was so quick. Lived up to the “freaky fast” slogan. I was in and out. He saw that I was in a rush and made sure that he moved especially fast with great customer service. Thanks Ivan. Will be back again soon.

I went to Jimmy John’s on 2 separate occasions 7/12 & 7/15 to purchase a $50 gift card. Out of 5 employees between the 2 times, no one was able to issue a gift card to me. I had to repeatedly explain that I wanted a gift card, and they kept bringing up an order for a party box, which made it clear there was both a language barrier and a lack of training. EDITED TO ADD: in the hour after they texted me my order was canceled, I got an alert that my order was on its way, while I was already eating another meal. I called my delivery driver and got him to hand an employee his phone. That is the only way I was able to contact this business. I requested a refund, and got HUNG UP ON. Infuriating. Horrible customer service. Do not trust the food here. Ordered 5 sandwiches from here. Someone drove up with one. Tried to call the business MULTIPLE times, and nobody answered the phone. ☆☆☆☆ — Would give zero stars if I could. About a month or two ago, I went to this Jimmy John’s location and had my first frustrating experience. I specifically asked for the extra big sandwich, and while I know the employee heard me, he clearly didn’t want to be bothered and gave me a regular size instead. Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for the bigger one — but my boyfriend was upset because he was expecting a big sandwich and didn’t get it. Went to get a sandwich at 9:10 and they had everything closed and wrapped up and didn’t want to make a sandwich. They close at 10pm, not 9. Staff isn’t professional, talked to me with his mouth full of food/sandwich he was eating.
