I had a great experience thanks to Sadie! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and kindness. I don’t eat at Jimmy John’s often, but when I do, I usually get crispy jalapeños on my sandwich. She let me know they were a limited-time item, but instead of just saying they weren’t available, she offered alternative toppings and made sure I’d still enjoy my meal. I had ordered for delivery for 4:00p and the order never came delivered for over an hour. I called the location and spoke to the manager offering to remake the sandwiches or give me a full refund. The delivery service is third party now so once the food leaves their vicinity, it sounds like JJ is no longer responsible for it. However, when I chose to have JJ remake the sandwiches, the manager delivered beyond expectations which is why I leave this 5 star review. I'm very disappointed that Jimmy John's is now using third-party delivery services like DoorDash and UberEats. The "freaky fast delivery" that they were once known for is gone and just your standard extremely slow now. I've waited 45 minutes up to an hour and a half or longer for my food, depending on the day or time. Hot sandwiches are cold, and cold sandwiches are warm by the time they reach my door.
