I'm very disappointed that Jimmy John's is now using third-party delivery services like DoorDash and UberEats. The "freaky fast delivery" that they were once known for is gone and just your standard extremely slow now. I've waited 45 minutes up to an hour and a half or longer for my food, depending on the day or time. Hot sandwiches are cold, and cold sandwiches are warm by the time they reach my door. Sadie the Sandwich making lady is doing a great job here. My kids have never been in and she made them feel right at home!
The manager Sadie is such a awesome manager she makes sure her customers leave happy 🤩
I just have to give a shout out to Sadie she always takes good care of me and if I can't make up my mind in a sandwich she always has good recommendations for a sandwich thank you
