One of the best JJ’s I’ve been to. The manager Sadie is the sweetest human being and service was phenomenal and of course fast
This Jimmy John’s is in my neighborhood, and I honestly never expected to have such consistently great experiences here. For a quick sandwich spot, the service is always fast, the food’s fresh, and the people working there are genuinely kind and on top of things. Sadie, the manager, clearly shows how much she cares about this place and they way she runs it!
Ordered through the app. They forgot one of my sandwiches and burnt the other one instead of toasting it. Save your money. This place sucks.
I had a great experience thanks to Sadie! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and kindness. I don’t eat at Jimmy John’s often, but when I do, I usually get crispy jalapeños on my sandwich. She let me know they were a limited-time item, but instead of just saying they weren’t available, she offered alternative toppings and made sure I’d still enjoy my meal. I had ordered for delivery for 4:00p and the order never came delivered for over an hour. I called the location and spoke to the manager offering to remake the sandwiches or give me a full refund. The delivery service is third party now so once the food leaves their vicinity, it sounds like JJ is no longer responsible for it. However, when I chose to have JJ remake the sandwiches, the manager delivered beyond expectations which is why I leave this 5 star review.
