I go there everyday and order online, I have yet to have a problem with my order or even the service the employees offer. The one Hispanic chick there is very helpful!!!!
Ordered deliver via the Jimmy John's website, and delivery was over an hour from when I placed the order. It's not worth it to pay a delivery fee and then a tip for it to take that long. I won't be ordering from them again.
