Update: I messed up using the app and I didn’t select “Make it Toasted”. The great employees fixed my mistake and made me a new toasted JJBLT! Thank you. Do not go on Tuesdays, staff is unable to keep up with the orders, waited over an hour for 1 sub
The toasted sub offer is just too much for the store to handle, had so many orders that they just were scattered without anyone knowing whose order it is. Had to wait 20 mins for a sub that doesn’t even take that long. Rude customer service don’t know why they put these things when the store can’t handle it!
