Place an order for pick up when arriving I was missing three items. I let the person at the counter know they seem a little annoyed and asked to see my receipt. Finally, he realizes that they did forget my three items and told me that I can go ahead and grab them out of the fridge. When getting home, the four sandwiches that I had ordered had barely any turkey barely anything . One of the sandwich had like a black stain on the bread.
Disappointed with the pesto salad. Photo is how I recieved it. Sandwich was just alright.
The customer service was terrible, infact one of the workers there accused me of lying and charged me for something they did. Worse experience ever. Never going back there

Now I can see why you dropped your freaky fast slogan. 35 minutes to deliver one sub? I could have ordered a pizza if I wanted to wait that long. I get being under staffed. But that is a long wait time for a sub. It wasn’t even that great. I asked for extra mayonnaise, it looked like the regular amount. The lettuce looked a little on the brown side. The bread was good at least. They got that part right. It kinda turned me off from this place for awhile.
