Good food. Good customer service. Kinda long wait for food. Barely any customer inside. Bathrooms little on the yucky side.
Place is certainly not freaky fast. Ordered online, at 12:01pm, went to pick up at 12:35pm… got a message saying the order was ready at 12:15pm. When I got here, order wasn’t even made. Management needs to figure that out. Edit: ordered again, same deal, ordered 4:36pm arrived at 5:00pm, told it’s going to be another 15mins… I could get a sit down meal in that amount of time. Done with this location, new sub place opened down the street, I’ll go there.
This might be my favorite JJ in South WI. Came in at about 5:45pm on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but they still got all the food out fast and it was all correct. Employees were very positive and helpful. While I was eating I couldn’t help but notice a woman sitting towards the back of the restaurant who was very grumpy and kept asking for the General Managers phone number.
