Today was the second time I've had delivery to my place of work. The driver's from your store do not give any sort of inclination that food has arrived. I specifically requested a text after drop off due to being on the 3rd floor with no view of the outside doors. I do not have the luxury to sit and wait away from my desk for food to arrive.
The folks here are top notch. The app glitched and my food was ready over an hour. They remade my sandwich without an issue.
We placed an order for sandwiches for lunch, we got back to our office and we were missing a sandwich. we called to see if we would get one delivered or a refund. The girl on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, stating “what do you want me to do” They refused to let us get a refund or talk to someone who could help because “it was their busy lunch hour” This was my first and last time to ever eat here.
Placed an order and didn’t receive all of my food. I called customer service to get a refund, but was told it was their “busy lunch hour.” Very unprofessional and disappointing. If you can’t fulfill orders or provide proper customer service, you shouldn’t be taking orders. I won’t be eating here again.
Second visit terrible service very rude I put my order in 4 people got there orders after me they didn’t even turn my order in the guy making the sandwich was rude I will never return
