This is the worst location you can order from. They do not read any of the mobile order instructions and the manager will just says okay and hangs up on you. This location is a joke and the management here are all unwilling to resolve any problems.
So I placed an order for delivery and the website says we received your order. It allows you to track your order but 50 min later I'm still showing we received your order. Upon reviewing it I see that my address was slightly off so I call the store to try and update and they didn't answer.
First time impression at Jimmy John’s: cool two guys behind the counter making good sandwiches! They greet with a smile and wait to serve you! I love the clean environment and the food is great. I ordered #7 The Spicy East Coast Italian! It delivered just the right spicy-ness and savory flavors from the salami & capocollo and the flavorful provolone cheese! Get it toasted for that zing to zang 🤣🤗🤤
The seats are terribly uncomfortable and the Apple Pay doesn’t work, but nobody knows about it not working. The sandwich was also burnt and I waited fifteen minutes.
