This chain used to be fast, now instead of being ready by the time you get done paying you are still waiting 5-10 minutes commonly. The sandwich’s are not that good being fast was 90% of the reason for stopping.
I had ordered one of the new chicken bacon ranch toasted sandwiches and its honestly the worst. The flavor is fine , but it was not filled at all with anything other than lettuce and tomato I had to search for my bacon and chicken just to find maybe a couple small pieces . I mean I love jimmy John's but this is way too hyped up for being a very unfulfilling sandwich.
Never got my food after calling to ensure they got my order!
Staff did a wonderful job!! Will certainly be using them for more staff events in the future!!
