I stop at this Jimmy John’s location pretty often, but after today I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and the employee couldn’t hear me properly. Instead of repeating myself over and over, I pulled up to the window. When she came over, the first thing she said was, “Did we tell you to come to the window?” I explained that I couldn’t hear through the speaker.
