From me placing my order in the drive through to actually getting my food took 25 min. There were 2 cars in front of me and each was handed one bag. 25 min is ridiculous.
Freaky fast and friendly
I’m absolutely furious about my experience at the Jimmy John’s in Waukee. The guy working — a bigger man with a beard — was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. All I did was ask if he could type in my phone number for rewards, and he snapped at me and swore like I was bothering him. Then he gave me a Sprite that was only half full, and to make things even worse, there was a dirty glove inside my sandwich bag. That’s completely disgusting and unacceptable.
