I ordered catering for a business event online. I needed a couple changes and had to ask a few questions as my original payment method had to be closed between placing my order and day of delivery. Whenever I called, the employees were helpful and took the time to look into my situation. I believe Ashton spoke with me a few times and remembered me when I called (I called a bit, haha). Day of delivery went great. Jimmy johns was on time and 100% accurate. We will use this location again for future catering orders.
Not only am I a customer of Windsor Jimmy John’s I’m also a doordasher. All of those young employees are rock stars! They are always super friendly and they work very hard to make every Customer happy. It’s always a pleasure picking up orders from that location.
This location is either 5 stars or no stars depending on the day. Half the time they get the order right, have it out quickly, and it is great. Half the time they forget the paid add-ons (cheese, bacon, guac, and even sides like potato salad or pasta salad), or let the online order tickets back up and don't have them ready--even when they have no customers in the store ordering in person. I ordered my food at 1 pm to be delivered in town and took 2 1/2 hrs then when called they said it was delivered but it wasn’t. It was left at store. And when we got the sandwiches each sandwich had only 3 pieces of meet. I’ll start to call this place subway. They didn’t even want to make it right.
