This has got to be hands-down the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to! And I’ve been to a lot of them. The manager girl is so rude. She needs to be fired as soon as possible. The food we ordered for our employees looked terrible, and there was a lot of soggy lettuce and discolored meats. One of our people felt sick so we attempted to contact the store with the manager girl kept hanging up on us after we told her what happened. I would recommend everybody stay far away from this place unless you wanna get sick “🤢
Service was good but the food was not.
We placed an order tonight for delivery. Our order said "order received" for an hour and a half. We were watching a movie and lost track of time. We called the store to see what happened to our order and were informed that the store cancelled our order. My husband was told they tried to call. We checked the phone and we never received a call or an apology for the cancellation. We're very disappointed!
