Christopher(?) was rude at the drive through. When we pulled up he just yelled “Jimmy John’s” through the speaker. We asked for a sandwich, chips, and a drink. He said “k 12.28” then we pulled forward. he didn’t ring up the chips on the order (we didn’t know that obviously) and when we asked if we could get some chips he said “what kind?” and we asked for plain chips. he walked away and then returned and threw a bag of chips at us through the car window and then shut the drive through window walked away. Delivery took too long and one of the orders was completely wrong, so one person who was ordered for couldn't eat.
Due to our order didn't have I called the Mason city store. I thought I had ordered chips and a pickle. The girl was rude trying to explain what happened. Asked for corporate number she said no, and then said I shorted there driver . 17 cents we gave her all the money plus a tip I also told her I can go somewhere else from now.
