My favorite sandwich place in the downtown area amazing staff they are the best
haven’t eaten at this location BUT we saw a delivery driver whip into a space in his dented prius and RUN. 10/10 would have gone viral, they will have my business forever. thank you jimmy john’s for the image - if you’re not first, you’re last.
Freaky fast my ssa! I work downtown and occasionally eat here.. today I ordered at 2:06pm and it is now 3pm..... still nothing. I called to check on my order and was told he(don't know the guys name) would call the driver and see what's up. I haven't received a call back and my order still hasn't shown up. I'm done with this place! There are far too many LOCAL spots to be dealing with this and the food is mediocre at best.
The food at Jimmy John’s is great — always fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, the customer service is absolutely horrible. They blast the music so loud you can’t even think straight, and when you try to ask a question, you can’t hear the response. Instead of turning it down or being understanding, the staff gets extremely rude with you. It really ruins the experience, no matter how good the food is.
