Stopped by Jimmy John's before it sounded good for dinner. I have had a bad experience at this one in the past so I don't go. I figured I would give it an go again. Ordered 3 meals. The soda taste horrible. I ordered one of my sandwiches a Club Lulu & it has 1, ONE piece of meat on it!!! I was extremely disappointed. Just my reminder to why I don't go to this Jimmy John's anymore.
Loud and cold - otherwise an average JJ location.
Rule number 1 in customer service, don't start your sentence with I am sorry you feel that way. We normally don't have an issue. I spoke with the manager after bringing our sandwiches home however my partner's sandwiches was over toasted and did not have much meat. I had to hear about the company's weigh policies and state of the art ovens that don't overcoat subs. Kindly told him to have a nice day. Because I cannot believe how unhelpful and unwilling he was to even try to rectify the situation. He could have at least offer... read more
