I ordered 2 sandwiches and gave them my rewards number. But it never showed up on my rewards. It's not the first time that has happened.
Might be the worst jimmy John’s in terms of customer service and speed. Shouldn’t take 30 mins for a simple sandwich
As a former Jimmy John’s worker, these guys need some serious help. I’ve been here multiple times over the last few months and they’ve gotten our order wrong every single time. Also expect to wait at least 5 minutes per sandwich that you order, even if there’s nobody else in the drive thru.
Drive-thru. New toasted sandwiches are good.
