Ordered at 12:59 and they haven't even left the store with my order yet. I had to cancel and request a refund. This is unlike Jimmy John's standard of service.
I'm still a fan of the classic untoasted sandwiches. Their bread can't be beat for that!
Lmfao please be for real!!!! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got a bread sandwich. From the reviews, it seems they have a LONG history of doing this. Especially with their delivery orders. This location is a scam Edit: months later and they are still doing this. I ordered EXTRA turkey this time. Paid more money just for them to still only give barely one slice.
Ordered a sandwich. Person was sick taking phone orders wiping there nose with their hand. Then went to make my sandwich. Did not wash hands, put on gloves, but then continued to wipe nose with gloved hand. I would have complained right there but was very rushed for time to get to the airport, and this service was already very slow. So just threw the sandwich away as I walked out. Very disappointed.
