I placed my lunch order for delivery, and though it came JIMMY JOHN fast, it was without the turkey. I called the store, and they quickly delivered me another sandwich before my 30 minute lunch break was over. I even received a call from store manager Mr. Ortiz apologizing for the mishap.
Two back-to-back disappointing experiences at the same Jimmy John’s location. I placed my order online 15–20 minutes ahead both times, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. The store was completely empty, no other customers, and yet my order hadn’t even been started. This isn’t just about slow service; it’s about poor management.
