tried to place a order on the phone, first time went to voice mail, second time, guy responds and says he needs a minute, i wait on the phone 10 minutes, no answer, i hang up and call again, hangs up after 2 rings. should tell you all you need to know about this place.
Updated Review 3/20/26: This restaurant has gone downhill since it has been open. I ordered on the app today at 11:46 am. At 12:46, my order had not been updated when attempting to track. I had to call the store 4 times for them to even answer to get an update and they said there were only 2 people working and there were 5 orders ahead of me for delivery. Ordered delivery and supposedly was delivered to the wrong house, getting a hold of them is hard since they put you on hold before finding out the reason you're calling, and don't give any estimated time on hold. Hard to get a manager on the phone or a refund. Definitely do not recommend this location. I had an hour lunch from work so I placed a pick up order and used the drive thru since there was only 2 cars and thought it would be quick but in took 24 mins for one sandwich combo deal. I tried calling the store to see if I could just come in and pick it up but no one picked up so I wasted half my lunch hour in line for a pick up.
