tried to place a order on the phone, first time went to voice mail, second time, guy responds and says he needs a minute, i wait on the phone 10 minutes, no answer, i hang up and call again, hangs up after 2 rings. should tell you all you need to know about this place.

Updated Review 3/20/26: This restaurant has gone downhill since it has been open. I ordered on the app today at 11:46 am. At 12:46, my order had not been updated when attempting to track. I had to call the store 4 times for them to even answer to get an update and they said there were only 2 people working and there were 5 orders ahead of me for delivery. Ordered delivery and supposedly was delivered to the wrong house, getting a hold of them is hard since they put you on hold before finding out the reason you're calling, and don't give any estimated time on hold. Hard to get a manager on the phone or a refund. Definitely do not recommend this location. Update: I filled out the customer survey they sent to my email and the only reply was that they forwarded my feedback to the store store, the same one that's rude and doesn't care.
