Manager Selena is RUDE!!!!! We are 2.4 miles away and refused to deliver past 2 miles. Unbelievable!!!!!
The ice machine here was not working correctly so I asked someone for help. This guy snapped out some basic instructions, insinuating I wasn't operating the lever the correct way. When he finally checked it himself he discovered that the machine was malfunctioning. I've watched him on many visits and he definitely has an attitude. I still frequent this chain regularly but avoid the locations that belong to the owner of the Grand River site.
