I love coming into Jimmy Johns every day at my lunch hour. The environment is great. Everything‘s clean and the employees are so inviting.
I got there at 8:30 pm when they said they closed at 9pm and they already had the doors locked. I get wanting to start closing when it’s getting close to closing but I hadnt eaten all day and to get off work just to not be able to eat because they wanted to close early is so unprofessional. Because of them I now don’t have much time to go elsewhere because pretty much everywhere closes at 9 pm around here.
They messed up my order didn't have no problem fixing it
