To the cashier working tonight — please fix your attitude. The sign says the store is open until 9 PM, and we came in at 8:30 PM. That’s 30 minutes before closing, which means the store is still open for business. We understand that staff starts getting ready to close, but that’s not a reason for the crappy attitude. Always great option for lunch
I called in a mobile order about an hour before close. Got there and the staff was friendly and my order was ready. I got an unwich (lettuce wrapped) and thr lettuce in and wrapped around my sandwich was old and in sad shape. I love jimmy John's, largely for the unwich as I don't eat bread for health reasons. But this one was pathetic.
