the lightskin youngman with glasses who my order and made my sandwich was nice and efficient but the loud big girl ruined my experience. from the moment i stepped in she was screaming on the phone and I'm a soft spoken person so it made it hard to be heard and to hear. i wanted to dine in to get away from the heat but couldn't.
Great sandwiches but I have been barred from entry due to my "sandwich-esque odor" distracting many guests from the free smells. Many times store goers would find themselves approaching me to order thanks to my aroma. I fault nobody yet I find myself wondering from time to time where I can go and and truly be me.
I come to this location MULTIPLE times a week. Sometimes it is my only escape from the stress of the day and it is the HIGHLIGHT of my day. This team is always HUSTLING. Sometimes the universe isn’t working in their favor (A/C issues, RUDE customers, etc.) Despite these challenges, the staff is always friendly, personable and working hard. Usually I love Jimmy John's, however this location fails to meet expectations. Usually the orders are incorrect, and dont even try to get delivery because you won't get any updates and the order is guarenteed to be wrong. Staff is usually polite, but service and food quality is usually not great.
