I usually love this place and never have an issue, staff is normally very kind I come here probably about 2 or 3 times a week and they know me, The man with the dreads is one of the nastiest employees i’ve ever come across. After yelling a random number, i asked if it was the spicy east coast italian and he replied with “that’s what i said” and then turned to his coworker and says im already irritated. Not even sure what I did but yall need to fire that man what is his problem

I really enjoy Jimmy John’s especially the one in Oakland up until I came in contact with the General Manager Steve he is very rude and inconsiderate of staff and customer’s in the store.

Came in this afternoon for a sandwich and was honestly disappointed by what I witnessed. The manager was yelling at the staff, speaking to them disrespectfully, and being very rude in front of customers. I understand that managing a team can be stressful, but treating employees that way in front of customers is unacceptable. I personally would not want to work for a company that allows that kind of behavior.

Food is ALWAYS great, I would definitely recommend it. However, the big manager ‘Steve’ was extremely rude. The way he talks to customers is not okay — being a manager doesn’t give anyone the right to speak to people any kind of way. His attitude and facial expressions make customers feel unwelcome. Great food, but the customer service from management needs improvement.

I have been trying to call the store for days, when it stops ringing dead air. This is Amanda. I need my W2 emailed to me so I may file my taxes. I contacted the Moon store and left my email and phone number. Would you please send me my W2. Thank you
