Ordered JJ because I had to work late, sadly my order was 3rd partied to Uber Eats. After 3-4 drivers accepted the delivery then cancelled, I called the store to see what my options were. Olive answered the phone and completely saved the entire experience, cancelled the order for delivery, changed it to pick up and presented me with the best sandwich any one who has worked 12 hours in ridiculous heat could ever eat. No wonder your rating is 3.7. I bought a regular Turkey sub at your location and it might have had an ounce of meat on it. Terrible value for the $$. Never again. I’m going to Jerseys!
