I have long not liked Jimmy John's because their sandwich is 90% hard bread. Thought maybe something changed and I would give them a go again. Went to this location on foot for lunch since I had a bit of time. I walked in, there was no one else in line, and one guy munching on a sandwich at a table. Cool. Refused to honor their rewards program, and the employee that checked us out had zero problem-solving skills and just refused to honor their posted advertisement, and corporate email that was presented to her.
Absolutely the worst location in the state. They’ll refuse to make your order because they’re too lazy to do their job. Never go here
Make sure you stop at the box and tell them that you're there even though your orders already ready and nobody's in line and they just have to hand it out the window. Make sure to ask for napkins because they don't put it in the bag.
Received a delivery from Ann! Ann was the best, friendly, helpful and so kind getting all the food upstairs.
