We slice our all-natural meats and fresh veggies in-house every day. Our fresh-baked bread is made right here where you can see it, and our house-made tuna salad is fresh every day. The flavor of a ripe tomato, crisp shredded lettuce, combined with fresh-baked bread, fresh-sliced meat and real Hellmann's mayo - that's when the magic happens. Waited 15 min in drive thru with no other customers ahead. Got 1 correct sandwich, 1 completely wrong sandwich. Called back and the “manager” said in order to refund, she had to charge me first over the phone for the sandwich they got right, and then she could refund the other one. I decided I’d rather eat the $17 than waste another minute of my life. Not freaky fast and terrible customer service.

My pregnant wife ordered the Beach Club and was served an absolute inedible avocado abomination. All avocado spread, one slice of turkey. It made our house smell awful, and had to be thrown out immediately. She overheard the workers laughing as they were making it which tells me that they knew it was a disaster and served it anyways. I am quite frankly disappointed and disgusted.
