I entered the location intending to purchase a sandwich for lunch. However, I was never greeted or acknowledged by the employee at the front register. I will never spend my money where I am not greeted. Because of this incident, I will probably never return. Train your staff to have manners. I wanted to deliver this feedback to the manager but there wasn’t want onsite.

Good food tastes like it should comparable to any. Jimmy john's is usually pretty good. Very aggressive people outside banging on the window.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered online for immediate pickup. Arrived shortly after to pick up my food, but the restaurant was closed in the early evening, 7:20pm when their hours are typically open until 8pm. Have since contacted corporate, and the franchise owner with no response or refund in over 20 days since the incident.

The food was as to be expected, but the service was pretty slow, confusing, and the messed up the order and had to restart. The space is small, but fine.

The sandwhiches as are tasty. I wish they had better bread. It just doesn't taste fresh. It isn't soft enough for me. Service is ok, they don't communicate much. Food comes out pretty quick. Very small space.
