This has to be the worst managed place of any place in town. I was there for 50 mins to get 1 sub, nothing fancy, 2 meats, no cheese. I waited at the register for 35 mins before anyone took my order. Then, it was taking forever to be made, I was told there was no turkey cut and ready, they had to wait for someone to cut the turkey who was taking a very long time to slice up some turkey. I have ordered delivery and in store pick up through the app. Every single time I’ve had issues. Delivery takes at least 2 hours and they never get your order right. And in store pick up never has it ready when they say they will. You cannot cancel an order online so I called 10 times before anyone ever answered. I don’t know what is going on at this store but they need some help. Also, I placed an order at 1:08 and it is now 2:37 and still haven’t gotten my order.
The two women that work during the day deserve a huge raise. There’s so many customers and orders and they just keep going. I wish they were more appreciated instead of customers being rude. They work hard and are always kind. Also there should be an option to tip for online orders via the app.
Terrible service They’re putting people up at the register who doesn’t speak a lick of English so he couldn’t understand my order and the lady working there was pretty slow too. Their card machines never work. Just an awful awful experience I’ve never had at any other jimmy john location. This one should be shut down!!
