My fianc� went on 09/30 around 8:20 to get dinner. The worker looked upset he even went in. He asked for two Italian night clubs but they said they only served sold originals after 6pm which was odd but it was fine. She was just rude and didn’t even bag our food she left it there for him to bag??? Would have been nice if she could be more professional and less annoyed.
Worst Jimmy John’s I have been in. Filthy, slow, and employees seemed irritated to help. Honestly, Jimmy John’s corporate should shut this place down. Not good.
Weĺ the people that works there are rude as heck and they had a child behind the counter and they was giving child free cookie and the lady making the food didn't have gloves are a hair net on a hair all over body just nasty
Wow, this was a rough experience at Jimmy John’s. From the moment we walked in, the employees acted annoyed that we were there, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. There were six of us waiting (for over 30 minutes) for our food, and one of the employees spent the entire time on FaceTime while we waited. Unfortunately, almost all of our sandwiches were made incorrectly as well. We were there to spend our money and get a quick sandwich, and it honestly felt like our business was an inconvenience.
Terrible customer service. Will not go back.
