Didn’t understand how JJs could have such bad reviews. Should have trusted them. Terrible! From the staff to the quality- all bad. And definitely not fast either which is weird when you’re the only one there and they have three employees working.
Slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to! It’s 2pm and they are not even busy! Been waiting 30 minutes and we still have no food. One lady making sandwiches SUPER slow! Just standing and talking.
I just walked in the Grand Blvd store at 4:30pm July 3, 2026. They asked me what I wanted and I said a couple cheese stakes. They said we don’t have that and we’re working on a big order so you need to come back another time. This is not a crazy joke, verbatim. Not a great way to treat a 30+ year local that decided to try a sandwich instead of Grimaldi’s. Pizza it is tonight. Jimmy John’s you need to work on this stores attitude and work ethic.
