Delivery has been so slow. Food has gone downhill. One piece of bacon on my sandwich. Overpriced
Long wait for a very underwhelming sandwich. It took 20 minutes to make with no explanation, the quality was poor, and the parking lot was extremely crowded. Not the fast or reliable experience I expect from Jimmy John’s. Had I not already paid, I would’ve left.
I placed a pickup order and realized when I got back home that it was incorrectly made. I called the store, and they were more than happy to accommodate replacing my order—also delivering it to me as a courtesy. Mistakes can happen, but the way you go about fixing them is what makes the difference. Thank you for going above and beyond!
I come here for lunch almost every day and everyone is so nice 😊 freaky fast and freaky accurate 👏
