The crew working around 7:30 on 4-29-25 were so kind and positive. Gave recommendations on a new featured sandwich and let them build it. Great crew and thanks for the positivity
Freaky fast became scary slow, they don't knock when they drop the food off, they always take the bread out when instructions say to leave it in, and now they're taking extra money for no reason. I'll be calling corporate and making a huge complaint about this location, most likely switch to Jersey Mike's because I've never had them do the shit Jimmy John's does.

Currently sitting in the drive through looking at my food sitting there. Been waiting 20 minutes.
Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. One customer in front of me, took 15 minutes to get a sandwich. Employees standing at the soda fountain drinking, leaving their soda cups all over the dining area. Come on guys…that’s just sloppy and gross
