Got our order all wrong!!! But they made it right!
Quite literally the best sandwiches in Rolla. Noticed the brownie I ordered was missing from the bag upon arriving back home. I called J.J. & they offered to deliver the brownie to my home. They arrived within 30 minutes. THAT is phenomenal customer service and definitely rare in this era. Thank you!
Have always fulfilled my drive-thru and pickup orders as requested and helped me earn points. I called today and received outstanding courtesy from Brian, solidifying my purchase and positive experience here.
