Rude and incompetent staff. Placed a mobile order and when I got home my sandwich was made completely wrong. The tall woman with greasy brown hair and a nose ring clearly does not know how to read an order to make a sandwich. The short red haired "manager" laughed in my face when I asked what they do for the inconvenience of me having to drive back across town for a remade sandwich. I love Jimmy Johns!! My favorite is the unwhich.
Not sure what to call this. Hunters club taco? Called and asked if they make wraps differently and the young lady didn't seem to care to much. Disappointed, hunters club unwich is my favorite but not like this.
