Had a $60 order right before close(total jerk move i know but we were coming from an hour away😭) but Preston made our order WITH THE QUICKNESS. Thank you so much to PRESTON for being an absolute Rockstar with some assholes who pulled up 10 minutes before close. The food was incredible and we promise to come earlier next time! ❤️
I purchased a sandwich from this location this evening and watched an employee sneeze multiple times near my food. I’m concerned about food contamination, so I had to throw the sandwich in the trash. A complete waste of money! You should teach your employees about proper hygiene, and avoiding customer food contamination.

On several occasions my order has been marked delivered and it was still in route to me. Sometimes taking up to 20 minutes to receive. My job is 5 minutes away. Today I placed my order at 1:12 checked at 1:40 my order was delivered. Went to check and it wasn’t delivered. Called and like always “oh we are backed up but the driver should be on his way”. I wait until 1:55 and still no sandwich. It doesn’t matter if you tip or you don’t. You still get the same sucky service.
Preston at the Jeffersonville location provided the best customer service I’ve had from a fast food chain ever. There was an issue with the delivery and he was on top of it. I’m very impressed and will order from this location more often
