I’m sorry to say that this location has gone downhill over the last year. All of the long time employees and managers are gone and in their place is a revolving door of people who I see once and never see again. My order has been incorrect every single time for the past several trips, and it’s a very simple order so it’s very frustrating. I was at Jimmy John’s on Home Drive in North Fayette. Both employees didn’t know what they were doing. I had placed an order to go and took forever to prepare it. They were out of tomatoes, very slow, and my meat on my sandwich was burnt all over the edges. Very disappointing.

I ordered delivery here and after waiting for an hour, I decided to call to see what was going on. They had no delivery driver and didn’t seem like they were ever going to tell us our food was not coming. We ended up picking it up and they didn’t offer us anything to make up for the lack of delivery I paid for and was expecting.

I feel like I have a picky order and Ajahnae was so patient with me. She didn't rush me once and was so kind. I really appreciated it. It made my visit even that much nicer.

I just waited 2 hours for my food. 4 sandwiches and chips ... C'mon. You need to do better.
