I made a delivery order through the online app on June 30, 2026. This order was placed approximately about 1150a. The order wasn't picked up from the store until 1220p and wasn't delivered to me until 115p. (The UBER EATS driver didn't know the layout of the facility so I had to drive out to meet them to pick up my food.) By time I got my order the sandwich and the potato salad I ordered were warm (I did not eat the salad as it is dairy and I didn't want to get sick.) The most unprofessional restaurant I have ever witnessed! Get a call before they even open saying they canceled my order not only waking me up but my baby! And the last time I ordered food the person taking the orders didn’t listen to anything me or my husband wanted gave us a small sub with everything we didn’t want, manager tried to make things right and gave me a credit well when I go to use the credit no one would take their time and look it up for me. 4 times later was finally able to use it.
Excellent service! Good portions and good food. I have been a customer here for the last 3 years and the manager is fantastic! Only major issue is parking and access due to the empty lot on the corner and high traffic. Delivery service is consistent, with a Jimmy John's employee delivering about 50% of the time
