Visiting from Alabama and the two young men who were serving customers were extremely polite and kind. It felt like home. The decor at any Jimmy John's is really cool and it was quite clean! 09-01-25
Over an hour for a delivery 5 miles down the road. Order got sent to uber and the driver was 35 min away. No way to cancel delivery and pick up myself.

I generally like Jimmy Johns and their food but this one star is for this location specifically. We placed an order for my son's graduation party for 3 of their 30 1/3 subs (a $300 order) and scheduled for the food to be picked up at 1:30pm on 6/14. When I arrived at JJ at 2pm (30 minutes later than scheduled) to pick up the order the place was empty (1 other customer) and there were 2 workers.
