wait times are horrible. staff was very mean to the new person training, i feel so bad for how that women was being treated. our meal was okay at best. lazy staff, horrible service.
This store need to work on being more consistent
The worst JJ. Waited almost a half an hour in the drive through for an order made through the app. Once I was at the window to pick up my food I was told they just started working on it and I should drive around back through. When I said I could park and go inside but would not re enter the line I had just waited almost a half hour in, the person at the window acted upset and said never mind just to wait.
