Ridiculous wait time for online orders, ordered my sandwich at 7:40 and go it 40 minutes later. They didn't place it in the pick up spot. I asked about about 2 times and they kept telling me they were working on it I ORDERED A UNWICH! To make it even better people who came after me got their in store order first.
Food: whenever I have ordered the #15 they never seem to make my sandwich right it’s always missing a piece of cheese. The menu says DOUBLE provolone and I either get one piece or none. I haven’t said anything until now because after the 3rd time it’s getting old. You want to charge for everything little thing but then, not give the customers what they pay for. 1st time customer and I was not disappointed! I had the spicy east coast Italian, sooo good, but too big for me. I also found out they have a J. J. GARGANTUAN sandwich that has alllll the meats except bacon and all the topping. The store stopped having jalapeño chips and jalapeño ranch. The gargantuan was so big I felt like I was holding a baby. 🤤🤤🤤
You can't go wrong with the bootlegger sandwich; even better with jalapeños!
