The place was great but I ordered a Sandwich and now I keep on throwing up when I eat it.
I paid $7 for what Jimmy John’s calls a Turkey Little John, but what I unwrapped was basically the saddest middle-school lunch sandwich in existence. The meat was flavorless, the lettuce tasted like it was in witness protection, and the overall vibe was “hospital cafeteria chic.” It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good either—it was just… existing. Ridiculous wait time for online orders, ordered my sandwich at 7:40 and go it 40 minutes later. They didn't place it in the pick up spot. I asked about about 2 times and they kept telling me they were working on it I ORDERED A UNWICH! To make it even better people who came after me got their in store order first.
Food: whenever I have ordered the #15 they never seem to make my sandwich right it’s always missing a piece of cheese. The menu says DOUBLE provolone and I either get one piece or none. I haven’t said anything until now because after the 3rd time it’s getting old. You want to charge for everything little thing but then, not give the customers what they pay for.
