Order a sandwich. Realize quickly that it only had a single slice of meat on it. Took a picture reported it to corporate. They sent a coupon for a replacement second sandwich same problem a single slice of meat for a $10 sandwich. No thanks.
Best location in Tulsa. Friendly employees, always clean inside, and my order is almost always ready before I can fill my soda cup. 10/10 experience
I came in on a day where I was having a really rough day. I ordered my ordered all out of order and made mistakes that were my fault but Keller, the employee who took my order, was very patient and kind. I order from Jimmy John's often because they have the best sandwiches and this location never fails, but this particular experience made my day better just because Keller was so kind. Thank you!!
Food was fantastic. One of the employees wasn’t happy to be there very unfriendly. Overall one of the other employees was great
