I have eaten here probably 10 times because its on my way to work and my sandwich was wrong 6 times. Had a ceasar wrap 2 times and they put onions in it both times even though it doesn't even come with onions. Today my sandwich had the wrong sauce, barely any meat, not toasted like i asked, and not cut in half like i asked, also one of the guys there is incredibly unfriendly. Really disappointed in this location. We went through the drive-through and sat there for seven minutes with no response. We then walked inside. The lady was doing prep, which I get. But did not stop for 10 minutes to take our orders. Then two more employees showed up that helped. They still didn’t make the sandwiches right. This is unfortunate, usually the Jimmy John’s chain is very consistent with Service.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered two sandwiches and it took 20 minutes for them to complete my order and that was not freaky fast. It may have been the slowest turnaround for two sandwiches that I've ever experienced in my 20 years of eating at Jimmy John's.
The person at the counter wouldn’t take our order. Would just look up at us and then go back sorting bread.
