Food is usually on point but lately service has been terrible. Ordered gargantuan on wheat. $17.56 for a sandwich with about $1 of ingredients... and I get it, that's Jimmy John's thing.. but they cut the sandwich at a top-to-bottom diagonal... an angle from top to bottom, not straight down.... so there is a thin strip and thick strip of bread at the top and bottom... there was no way to hold this sandwich and eat it.
