I ordered from them at 8:30pm, via app. I ordered a toasted sandwich because it sound tasty. As soon as I left my house to pick up my order, I got a phone call saying they couldn’t do a toasted sandwich because the toaster was “down”. Upon my arrival, I noticed the toasted said power off so I was curious and asked is the toaster broken or is it turned off? I don't know why adding avocado to my B.L.T. is such a difficult concept. Ordered it the first time and guess the cashier couldn't hear me over the loud music and it was not added. Second time I was charged for the added avocado but there still was no avocado added to my B.L.T. Just going to start getting lunch elsewhere because this Jimmy John's location cannot handle even simple orders
UPDATE: This place remains a disaster. The problem is a combination of chronic understaffing and the failure of their model to provide a governor on orders. They have people ordering on the app, ordering deliveries, ordering through DoorDash or GrubHub, and walk-ins. They get too many orders and can't keep up, and there's nothing telling you on the app or what-have-you that there's a long wait. Everyone was super nice. They did mess my sandwich up. But otherwise it was fine.
