Congratulations, Jimmy John’s, you’ve officially lost a customer. For the third (yes, third) time, you’ve completely butchered my order. I asked for oil and vinegar. No cheese. You drowned my sandwich in mayo. Again. The bread was soaked, the sandwich was a disgusting mess. I tried to scoop out the mayo, no luck. The whole thing went straight in the trash. Super slow!!!! Ordered at the restaurant and waited 15 minutes for my 2 sandwiches! There only 3 of us in the restaurant.
The takeout order took long to get, but everything was fine.
