Placed online order for pickup at 12:30 Arrived at store at 12:45 and food still isn’t ready. 4 people behind the counter, only one of them making sandwiches. “Freaky fast”
Catering order: ordered catering in person, asked for no mayo on sandwiches several times. They said they could do mayo packets on the side. Picked up 90 sandwiches 2 days later all with mayo on them. Called them, heard the manager in the background talking to the employee who answered the phone. They couldn’t make it right, no apology, manager never got on the phone. Also they had no mayo packets to provide.
I went in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, was not greeted at all, yet alone looked at. There were two boys making sandwiches looking very confused and they completely ignored me. Stopped in May 5, 2026 around 12:45. Sandwiches are smaller with less fillings than they used to have. Employees had an attitude as soon as I walked in the door, and only got more of a chip on their shoulder when I bypassed the minimum 15% tip the credit card kiosk tried to charge me. Its not a tip if I'm paying before I get my food and service - its a bribe. And I refuse to pay bribes. Mens bathroom was disgusting with water all over the floor, womens didn't have any TP.
