Terrible service and very disrespectful and rude manager, Daniel!!! Will never go here again! I have ordered from this location many times with no issues. Today was different. I placed an online order and had a complaint about an item. I called and spoke with the manager Daniel. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. All he did was make excuses and NOT resolve the issue. Food is okay when I ask for extra sauce.They never put it on sandwiches.Can be really dry sometimes. This is the slowest, jimmy johns.I have ever been too. I cannot even go to them on my lunch break. Because I spend more than half of my time in line. And that's only with three in line. On top of them being so slow, they have the rudest customer service at this location. Not saying anything to me in particularl, I didn't complain about anything. However, they just do not look happy and seem annoyed that i'm here.

For a restaurant that brags about being "Freaky Fast" they are extremely slow. Placed an order and expected it to be delivered relatively quick as the store is less than 10 minutes away. However, it has now been almost 2 hours and 2 phone calls later and they said the driver is on the road and should be delivered soon. Unacceptable for an establishment who prides themselves on fast delivery.
