One of the major selling points of this franchise is that it is supposed to be quick. I waited over 20 minutes and didn't get my sandwich, and had to leave without it.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I just got a sandwich and the person making it didn’t change gloves between using the register and making the sandwich. Definitely not ideal.
Such a bad experience that I am forced to give a 1 star rating. Apart form the sub optimal food, totally put off by the attitude of the staff. The person taking the order was curt, rude and dismissive. On requesting if the sandwich could be toasted, the response was a curt - "NO". My first and the last visit here!
What is happening at this location? I ordered online for a delivery and after over an hour, I didn't receive any update. So I called the store, got a lady and she was flat out rude and dismissive. She said, " I have your order, but I don't know where there's a delivery driver. And I haven't even started your order yet." I asked for the order to be cancelled and she said she didn't know how to do that and then hung up. Horrible, horrible, horrible. How are they still in business!!
I have never written a review anywhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sandwich shop. The staff at this Jimmy John’s location was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just by placing an order. No greeting, no eye contact — just pure attitude. The sandwich? Sloppy and rushed, like they couldn’t care less.
