2 hours after my order was due, i call and they told me they cancelled the order. No email, no phone call.
This location does not seem to understand the the Jimmy John’s idea of “fast”. Multiple times I’m in there and it’s a 20 minute wait for a sandwich; one time the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to warn me about the wait, which helped me decide not to place my order. Walked in there today and there’s no urgency at all like everyone is walking through molasses. Good luck running a business like this guys!
There is this younger guy, probably in like high school that works there with black hair at night. I feel like he always knows how to make my sandwich. Not to mention, he is literally so kind and respectful! I appreciate workers like that!
Done with Jimmy John's. They are deliberately understaffing this place to the point it doesn't work. One guy trying to make sandwiches, work the register, answer the phone and stock the line. He's overwhelmed and stressed. Refusing to take orders - he's had to turn 10+ customers away entirely without taking their orders, can't imagine how much this store is losing on this. We've waited 40 minutes now for 2 sandwiches. What happened to "freaky fast"?
General Manager Kevin is awesome! I typically order delivery from this location and each time uber or grubhub mess up the delivery and don't contact me. When I called the store regarding my last order, the General Manager remade my order and hand delivered it to. He was polite when he told me that I transposed my work's suite number which is why it probably didn't get delivered originally. He was so nice and I love this level of customer service!
