The black lady worked on Oct.10th around 7:30pm is awesome. Her attitude at work is inspiring at a fast food restaurant. Give her a raise.
I have to say Mae was so energetic, she had such a great personality smiled communicated the whole time. Definitely of one the best I have received so far.
I ordered a Turkey Tom Unwich today. And there was a bug on the lettuce and the lettuce also had dirt on it and was dirty. I’m upset because I’m super hungry and now I lost my appetite.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I go to this location often to pick up my order on my lunch break. I’ve never had this happen, but my order was sent to another location. They said I would need to cancel and place another order. I asked how do I cancel the order, and they said on the app. Or I can just walk 5 mins or drive 30 secs to the other store.
