Very disappointing experience with this Jimmy John’s over the last two days. I regularly order Jimmy John’s from my workplace, but after this experience I will not be using this location again. Yesterday I placed a pickup order and had to wait quite a while for it. When I finally got to where I was going, I realized they had given me a Little John instead of the full meal package I ordered, and it was also missing several toppings. Best, service, ever!! I walked in, few people in front of me, I ask for 17#, by the time I finished my payment using Apple Pay, my sandwich was ready. !!! Completely shocked!!!
This is the first time I’ve ordered Jimmy John’s in years and I am incredibly disappointed with what we received. We ordered two sandwiches, the regular tuna and Turkey. Pictured is the tuna sandwich… literally the slightest amount of tuna, it mostly lettuce and just bread. Staff should be ashamed they thought this was acceptable to give out. 2 stars for very kind service and because the fountain soda wasn't flat. Zero starts for the food. Scrawny and flavorless portions. Probably the last time I'll ever eat in a Jimmy John's, as I assume this franchise is simply following corporate directions.
This jimmy johns I will be back anytime I want it!! The manager KEV was EXCEPTIONALLY warm and welcoming as well as many of the other staff!! They also have a groovy playlist to make someone want to enjoy their food inside! This is right in the middle of corporate execs and daddy’s money kind of neighbors that’s not always pleasant to even walk by but they made up for the snooty area that this location is in. THANK YOU🥳
