The hours clearly state that they are open until 7:00 p.m., and so I got there at 6:52 expecting to be able to order only to find that the whole place was shut down and they were locking the doors. The employees had no sympathy or other Solutions and I just needed a "freaky fast" sub before my show and now I have to go hungry
Ordered a sandwich, got sandwich. Came out decently quick during a busy time.
Staff was great. Food was ok. First time at a Jimmy John's.... I will return again but only if I can't see other similar places nearby. Restaurant was very clean. Great seating. Was busy but staff kept it rolling quickly. There was a conference in town so understandable the busyness.
This was by first and last time at this Jimmy John because of this worker right here! I came to Jimmy John on my birthday and I asked for a sandwich the #15 and she said it has to be an original sandwich and she had an attitude and was very nasty and refuse to be polite. I said I will take the #3 which is the one without cheese and Jimmy John’s removes the inside of the bread and I asked her if she could please put it on the side for me and not throw it away.. she said she won’t do it.
