They never staff this location well enough. Takes 30-minutes to get a sandwich you can make at home

I love Jimmy Johns, but if you’re going to come to this location, don’t plan on using your rewards unless you order online in advance. For many many months I didn’t know why they never asked for my rewards number at only this location. Apparently, (I’m told) if they enter the rewards number it messes with the entire system. I would think that’s something that is eventually fixed. However, that isn’t the case. This is also the only Jimmy John's I’ve been to where I’ve received the wrong food.
